Welcome back everyone!
The first day of school went so well. The students were so excited to be here and did so well for their first day of all day kindergarten. I am sure they were very tired at the end of the day. I know I was. We learned so many things today. Believe it or not as adults we take a lot of things for granted. They learned how to unpack and get ready for the day, where their seats and cubbies are located and how to get ready for dismissal. .... At lunch I decided i was going to ask you parents to pack me a lunch too!
We watched a movie about letters and sounds, worked in our math solutions book and read a story about getting ready for school. The students were so excited about everything we did today. I just loved it. I hope they had as much fun as I did!
